Solid Columns

A steel structure with solid (monolithic) columns is an excellent solution for flat terrains with soft and homogeneous soil. It is a suitable choice in cases where there are no specific ground conditions or terrain irregularities.

Rear Composite Columns

A steel mounting structure, designed for installation on terrains with rocky or hard soil composition. The rear columns consists of two parts - driven section and an extension, connected by a bolted joint. The key advantage of this solution lies in its increased strength and resistance to torsion during pile driving in rocky ground conditions.

Front and Rear Composite Columns

A steel support structure with two-component front and rear posts, designed for installation on terrains with increased soil hardness and highly rocky conditions, where standard pile-driving of full-length columns is difficult or structurally impractical. Each post consists of a driven section and an extension element. The shorter driven part enhances resistance to torsion and minimizes the risk of deformation during pile installation in aggressive soil environments.

Solar Trailers

A standalone mobile structure with an integrated photovoltaic system, built on a transportable trailer. The solution is designed for temporary installations, field conditions, or emergency situations where access to the electrical grid is unavailable.

Thanks to the absence of a strictly defined assembly sequence for the individual profiles, the structure allows for a faster and more efficient installation process.

Magnelis®

Magnelis® provides superior corrosion resistance and has the ability to self-heal minor surface damage by regenerating its protective coating.

Durability

All our ground-mounted support structures are manufactured from high-strength structural steel S350GD, known for its enhanced load-bearing capacity and high resistance to structural, dynamic, and static stresses. This ensures significantly greater resistance to torsion and deformation during piling.

Mounting systems

Our unified bolt system without washers enables exceptionally fast installation using only a single tool and without the need for a counter wrench. The knurled nut significantly enhances protection against self-loosening. Pre-assembled clamps are used to secure the solar panels, speeding up installation by up to two times.

Magnelis®

A specialized alloy containing 93% zinc, 3.5% aluminum, and 3.5% magnesium, which provides exceptional resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. Thanks to this composition, the material offers high durability and a self-healing ability for minor surface damages, significantly extending the lifespan of the steel support structure.
